FESTICKET
Digital
Blending hundreds of disparate events and festivals into a consistent design language is tricky. Most importantly, guests to Festicket’s home page should feel like the design formed a cohesive whole and quickly navigate their selection.
Accomplishing this required scouring online resources for hundreds of assets for each event that we could focus on in a uniform design language. Creating this artwork, from emails and ticket listings to infographics and social media advertising, was a uniquely rewarding design challenge.
print collateral
Even though Festicket’s primary advertising exists digitally, eventgoers will never underestimate the impact physical artwork can have.
I helped develop everything from inter-office personalisation to designing concert tickets delivered directly to the customer. Using my extensive background in print, it’s always a joy to put it to good use.
social crm
Using a brand to interact with consumers through customer relationship management is vital. Whether through emails with news of sale items they’ve been searching for or bringing them up-to-date ticketing supply resources through social posts, CRM is the best way to put the most helpful information in front of the most likely buyer.
The key here was ensuring that whatever designs Festicket rolled out needed to soften the inherent edges of direct marketing. Hopefully, with the correct type, colour, and tone of voice, these ads can come across as advice more than strict marketing.
