FESTICKET

 Digital

The task of blending hundreds of disparate events and festivals into a consistent design language is a tricky one. It was vital that guests to Festicket’s offerings page could not only feel like all of the design formed a cohesive whole, but also navigate their selection with ease.

Accomplishing this required scouring online resources for hundreds of assets for each individual event that we could then focus into a uniform design language. From emails and ticket listings to infographics and social media advertising, creating this artwork was a uniquely rewarding design challenge.

 print collateral

Even though Festicket’s primary advertising exists digitally, the impact that physical art can make will never be surpassed.

I helped develop everything from inter-office personalisation to designing the concert tickets delivered directly to the customer. With my extensive background in print, it’s always a joy to put it to good use.

social crm

Using a brand to interact with consumers through customer relationship management is vital. Whether that’s through emails with news of sale items they’ve been searching for or bringing them up to date ticketing supply resources through social posts, CRM the best way to put the most useful information in front of the most likely buyer.

The key here is making sure that whatever designs that are rolled out need to soften the inherent edges of direct marketing. Hopefully, with the use of the correct type, colour, and tone of voice, these ads can come across like advice more than strict marketing.
